Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an unannounced, onsite Medicare complaint investigation survey conducted on December 29, 2021, the Kidney Center of Greater Hazleton was found to be in compliance with requirements of 42 CFR, Part 494, Subparts A, B, C, and D: Conditions for Coverage for End-Stage Renal Disease Facilities.
